I hope y'all are having a gRAEt long weekend! Please take 1 minute and update your account (see below). If this isn't your first year at RAE, you don't need to create a new raepta.org account, just log into your current one and use the pull-down menu to select your kiddo's teacher (and house and t-shirt size). If you don't update the teacher, you won't receive message board posts with classroom volunteer needs and party info. Classroom volunteer sign-ups will go out next week!

This week, start with a cup of coffee and a treat from Tom N Toms and 10% will go back to our PTA! 4th-grade parents – please chat with your student to see if they want to participate in Special Buddies. This memorable program is open only to 4th graders and online applications close Tuesday. On Thursday, drop in for our first PTA meeting at 11:30 a.m. with lunch provided by iCode. And RAEWatch is ready to start patrol! Info meeting on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. End the week by sending Grandma and Grandpa to RAE for a special lunch (RSVP first)!

All parents are invited to our first meeting of the year! Dr. Hobin will give a 'Back-To-School Overview' with a chance for Q&A, and the PTA Board will provide event/program updates.

Don't forget to bring lunch, or stop by Chick-fil-A Cinco Ranch to purchase a BOGO lunch for your grandchild & yourself! (Mention you're a RAE grandparent when ordering.)

Special Buddies is a unique program that fosters friendship between 4th graders and any child with developmental differences at RAE. 

We strive to increase awareness and inclusivity and teach how to embrace differences to become caring friends.

Parents, if your 4th grader would like to participate, sign up on our website below! T-shirts are also available for purchase.

Katy ISD's Sister Schools partnership encourages friendship, understanding, and cooperation between students, parents, and teachers.

Houston Dermatology and Plastic Surgery is graciously donating t-shirts for ALL students and staff this year for our Fun Run. 

Fill out the form (one for each student) to ensure you receive your preferred size. Shirts will be delivered to students' homeroom teachers prior to the event.
